2 little problems

hi im having a couple of problems an hopefully it will be sorted for me!.

First one is that i can only use some of my profile. I can't change any of it.

And also when I post up on here or reply to a topic i have to wait to get authorized! is there any way of that being changed.

Unfortunately myself and the moderators have to validate posts manually and being Bank Holiday we are enjoying some time with our families so not getting on line as much as normal, we know it can be frustrating but it is to protect the forum.
