Hi I am a new minder and am confused as to how I begin planning etc, (I've had little support from my LA, who seem even more clueless than me!) do I have to go through all development matters and mark them off against it to get a starting point?, once I am started I'll be fine but just really dont know how to begin.

Start with the parents by asking them to do an All About Me book and use this to base your starting points for planning
