Bubble Painting

  • You will need:
  • a bowl or suitable container
  • powder paint or poster paint
  • water
  • washing up liquid
  • straws
  • paper

Mix the paint with water to make a watery mixture, add a good squirt of washing up liquid and stir.

Give each child a straw and allow them to blow bubbles into the mixture. Ensure the do not suck!!

As the mixture becomes bubbly carefully lay a sheet of paper onto the bubbles, but don't let go, as they pop they will transfer the paint to the paper in pretty patterns.

Add more washing up liquid if necessary for more bubbles.
