Marshmallow Toffee Bars

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 300 ml can of condensed milk
  • Large bag of toffee
  • bag of large marshmallows
  • Rice Krispies to coat

 

Directions:

1. Combine the butter, condensed milk and toffee in a

double boiler and melt it. (Takes about 10-15 minutes)

 

2. Pour some Rice Krispies on a baking sheet

 

3. Dip the marshmallows in the toffee mixture to coat

 

4. Immediately roll the toffee covered marshmallow in the

Rice Krispies

 

5. Place on wax paper to cool.

 

6. You can make them ahead of time freeze them. They actually taste nice when still froze

 

7. Enjoy !!!
